These terms govern your use of HairCount (haircount.app). By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
HairCount uses AI to give you an entertainment and informational hairline score, roast, and haircare/coaching suggestions. It is not medical advice, and not a substitute for consulting a doctor or dermatologist about hair loss.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 13 years old to use HairCount.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro access is billed on a recurring weekly, monthly, or yearly basis through our payment processor and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time.
Your photos and content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading them, you give us a limited license to process and store them solely to provide you the HairCount service. Don't upload photos you don't have the right to use, or of anyone other than yourself.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break, reverse engineer, or abuse the app, and no uploading unlawful or harmful content.
Disclaimer and liability
HairCount is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Scores, roast lines, and coaching suggestions are generated by AI for entertainment and general guidance only, and results vary. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You can stop using HairCount and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
